When I am not for example in work I will be on the server which means that I can take care about every minge or every problem which will be at the morning. There is also one thing that I can help our community more as Staff than as a classic player.  Also I want to become staff because I know that a lot of Staffs will be friendly but also you need somebody who will be little bit more strict than other. I am from family where everybody is from Military Service so I know how to be strict but also how to be friendly and do not forget that I know when to laugh....sometimes. Also I can help with organize events and trying to get some informations about what is happening on server right now, like if everything is cool and if there will be some changes. Another thing is that I want to show my ideas about events. I think that as Staff I can do some good events with good storyline and players will like it. I am big fan on Band of Brothers and Brothers in Arms and I remember a lot of missions from there. We can do similar mission. However my real goal is to help community as much as I can.[/b] If someone was being rude to other players, what would you do?:  First of all i will use command for freeze and teleport. Ofcourse I will teleport this guy somewhere where we can be alone and can speak privately. After this I will tell him to stop doing that. If he will continue that means kick and ban  Why?: To be honest nobody likes people who are rude on somebody else. And If somebody will use vulgarism against somebody.... that is not something what is right. So only by warning,kick or ban you will show them that they are doing something wrong  If someone was prop abusing, what would you do?:  First of all I will warn him and ask him to leave this prop. Also do not abuse props is one of the basic rules and they broke it. Why?: If somebody can´t read rules it´s their problem. But rules are rules. If someone was mass RDMing and they did not know what RDM is, what would you do?: Freeze then teleport somewhere where we can be alone and speak privately. After this I will try to explain him what is RDM and I will warn him. Why?:  Even when he does not know what RDM is he needs to be warn to remember that. If someone claimed another player was hacking, what would you do?:  I will use cloak and I will spectate him for a while. Also there is other way and that is !spectate. After all of this if I will see something suspicious that he is really hacking I will ban him. Why?:  About spectating that is really important because other player could lie.  If a higher ranking staff official abuses his power towards you or another user, what action do you take?: I will take screenshot or something like that and I will report it to higher staff.
